The living room is on the right; it is a spacious room with two large south-facing windows. The floors are freshly laid pine and as such in the future could either be left as they are or varnished.

There is a chimney conduit in this room that has been closed off by the current owners. This is a lovely big room with a lot of light and beautiful views south to the Pyrenees.

The kitchen is opposite the living room, and has been completely redone. There are smooth wooden counters, a beautiful ceramic double sink and an induction stovetop. Here again the floors are of fresh pine which emphasizes the light and warmth of this house. From the landing we access three bedrooms, each of a good size, and the two front bedrooms have wonderful views over the countryside to the Pyrenees.

The family bathroom is also here and has been completely renovated in a classic style. It comprises a large bathtub, WC, and a wide sink. There is also an electric towel rack. The floors are travertine tiles, and the paintwork is done in the same soothing tones as the rest of the house.

Second floor
