Meet the team
Karen
The Alchemist
Karen created Bliss in 2017 with a pinch of magic dust and an existing twelve years of experience.
Now, after 20 years of high-level sales in the Gers, Karen has expanded the agency’s reach with a strong focus on marketing and visibility, and is dedicated to development and strategy in preparation for the opening of a second Bliss Immobilier agency.
A teacher in a former life and holder of a Master’s degree in English Literature, her inspiration comes from books (she is, in fact, the published author of A Stranger In Paris under the pen name Karen Webb). If she’s not busy writing poetic descriptions of Bliss homes, you’ll likely find her on a café terrace, working on her next novel.
William
The Manager
A founding shareholder of the agency, William has closely followed the evolution of BLISS and officially joined the team as Managing Director.
With a degree in agriculture from Chartres and a business school diploma, he went on to gain thirty years of experience in Paris in commodity trading and finance.
His sales experience in the United States made him fully bilingual in English and accustomed to operating in high-level business environments.
He later spent 12 years working at the General Directorate of Public Finances, giving him a unique dual perspective — that of both an entrepreneur and a civil servant. This experience provides him with a valuable global vision.
Lissette
The Linguist
This multilingual talent from Canada has a true gift for languages!
With her soft voice (worthy of a radio presenter), Lissette can describe a property’s features in English, her native language, in German (in which she holds a Master’s degree), in Spanish, her family language, or in Catalan.
She began her career in Gascony as a field agent, specialising in the sale of châteaux and luxury properties. Today, she manages our office, handles valuations and client relations, all while continuing to sell real estate.
Marc
The Pragmatist
A former professional photographer in Paris specialising in fashion and beauty, Marc now applies his artistic eye to real estate photography, bringing a creative touch that perfectly aligns with the spirit of Bliss. Additionally, with a passion for architecture and renovation, he offers valuable advice to our clients thanks to his experience in these fields. Marc is fluent in English and has a deep passion for cinema.
Maria
The Sunny Ambassador
Originally from Spain, Maria has always been immersed in this dual culture. She has extensive experience in the business world in Paris, including owning and managing a successful family hotel in La Défense. In 2005, seeking sunshine, authenticity, and beautiful stone buildings, she and her husband moved to the Gers. She has lived there for 20 years, where she manages her stunning estate, the Château de Fourcès.
Her organisational skills and dynamism are key strengths. Maria is versatile, fluent in Spanish, speaks English, and her enthusiasm and warm personality perfectly embody the spirit of Bliss, making her greatly appreciated by our clients.
Marianne
The Enchantress
With 22 years of experience in real estate, Marianne has won over sellers and buyers from all over the world. She has charmed them with her calm demeanour and expertise. It must be said that the Gascons have a soft spot for rugby fans. She knows all the magical formulas we need to navigate the turbulent waters of real estate. Her deep knowledge of the Gers and the nuances of the local property market is unmatched.
Lisa
The Heritage Apprentice
Originally from Lectoure, where she grew up and developed a deep connection to the heritage of the Gers, she naturally chose to specialise in real estate. After exploring the field of education sciences, she found her true calling by joining a BTS in Real Estate Professions through an apprenticeship at Bliss.
Sociable and enthusiastic, what excites her most is discovering new homes, but above all, the unique stories they tell. Every property has a soul, and her role is to help clients find the one that perfectly matches theirs.
Noan
The Mediation Apprentice
Originally from Lot-et-Garonne, he grew up surrounded by stories and the charm of the homes in the Gers. Passionate about client relations, he skilfully balances negotiation with showcasing properties on social media. Athletic and persistent, his energy drives every project he undertakes.

“As a child, my parents loved moving, and they always took me along to visit houses. I loved feeling the magic of what was hidden behind a closed door, just waiting to be opened. I would try to guess the secrets hidden by each house, dreaming of the room that would be my bedroom. For someone who loves houses as much as I do, Gascony never ceases to amaze me. Every house, every farm, every estate is unique. No two houses are alike, but each one has its own universe.”
