What I would do if I owned this property?

Respectfully modernise the main house and create a large private suite with sitting area by combining bedrooms 2 and 3.

Who will this property suit?

This property will appeal strongly to those who appreciate classical architecture and bourgeois homes. It is also ideal for multi-generational living, a hospitality project or long-term rental.

Conversely, those not wishing to undertake some modernisation work may find it less suitable.
