Overview
Today we are in Trie-sur-Baïse, not far from the heart of the bastide village with its central square, covered market and local shops.
Welcome to this elegant 1960s house, instantly recognisable by its clean architectural lines and surrounded by a large garden planted with beautiful mature trees.
The house
A handsome white façade greets us on arrival. A few steps lead up to a sheltered porch and the main entrance. The wooden-panelled door surround is a perfect reflection of the design aesthetic of the period.

Once through the door, we enter a spacious hallway with a guest WC, from which all main rooms are accessed.
First is a large living and dining room, filled with light thanks to two wide sliding glass doors, each opening onto a terrace. A black stone fireplace, with a subtle brutalist influence, adds character to the space.
Next comes a generous kitchen, brightened by a large window, complemented by a utility room that also serves as a laundry area. Beyond this, a small connecting room leads back to the dining area.

From the entrance, a first bedroom overlooks the front of the house.
A corridor then leads to three further bedrooms overlooking the rear garden. Two of these share a shower room, while the third enjoys its own en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. An additional small room could serve as a study or storage space.
From this corridor, an internal staircase leads down to the lower level.
The Semi-Basement
The semi-buried lower floor comprises three distinct areas.
The first is a simple bedroom with a large window and an adjoining shower room.
The second is a healthy, spacious storage area.
The last section is a garage for one vehicle, which also houses the fuel tank.

The garden
The house is surrounded by a large, level garden planted with numerous mature trees, bushes and shrubs.
At the front of the property, a gravel driveway leads to the garage beneath the house and to a small separate outbuilding.
At the rear, several terraces overlook the wide lawn, where a swimming pool is located (work required).
