Upon entering, a long hallway invites you to discover the living room. But first, let’s stop at the bedroom immediately on the right: a true studio, it has its own bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower, providing enough independence to accommodate guests or to be rented out for additional income.

Entering the living room, one immediately feels the urge to settle in. A large table, accommodating up to eight guests, stands at the center of the perfectly functional and welcoming kitchen space. One can already imagine the laughter and animated conversations among friends.

The cozy and bright living room, thanks to the large bay window, opens onto a charming little courtyard. One feels instantly transported outdoors-indoors. This urban cocoon invites you to relax in the shade and extend evenings around a table, surrounded by stone walls that retain the warmth of the sun until late at night.

Upstairs

A beautiful old wooden staircase leads us to the upper floor. To the right, a generously sized bedroom with light wood flooring is bathed in natural light.

To the left, a hallway discreetly converted into a dressing room leads to the bathroom, equipped with a large glass shower, double sinks, and a toilet. Right next to it, another bedroom evokes seaside holidays, with a large French door opening onto a covered balcony, like a small outdoor lounge where you can enjoy the last warmth of the day before going to bed.
