Where are we?<\/h2>\n

Aire-sur-l\u2019Adour. The very name of this town rolls off the tongue like a promise of provincial serenity. It stretches, unpretentiously, at the border of Gers and the Landes, its river winding tranquilly, indifferent to human concerns.<\/p>\n

The houses, placed here like witnesses of time, line it in silence. Here, life seems to blossom under a vaster, purer sky. It is this fragrance of authenticity that surrounds you.<\/p>\n

The house stands tall in the middle of its wooded garden, watching over the surrounding countryside. A peaceful place where the trees seem to whisper secrets lost to time.<\/p>\n

The architecture asserts itself, unashamed. Proud in its character, indifferent to trends, it displays its tall fa\u00e7ades and windows that open with infinite deference to the outside world.<\/p>\n

It is a house of dignity, distinction, a touch unconventional.<\/p>\n

The wall decorations are a nod to another time. Brick friezes, pebbles arranged in chevrons like patterns from an ancient embroidery. And then there\u2019s that small roof, capping the opening to the property. It is chic, a bit like a designer dress with a lot to say. It is this incongruity that makes it even more fascinating. A paradox suspended in time.<\/p>\n

Ground floor<\/h2>\n

No elegance without heels! The house stands on tiptoes. You\u2019ll need to climb a few steps to reach a covered porch – guests are not left waiting in the rain.<\/p>\n

A solid oak door opens into the entrance. We are then greeted by a staircase the likes of which are no longer made. Both massive and airy, it playfully spirals upward to the upper floors, under the luminous benevolence of large windows.<\/p>\n

Before climbing up, let\u2019s explore the ground floor. Blonde parquet flooring, ceiling rosettes, a marble fireplace that would have told many stories if walls could speak. The dining room and living room coexist without jostling, separated by a glass door with bold decoration. A large arched opening floods the dining area with light, drawing the gaze outside to the pool, trees, countryside, and daydreams.<\/p>\n

Spanning a little over 4000 m\u00b2, it surrounds the house with greenery and trees of various species: linden, parasol pine, oak… The swimming pool is the centerpiece, with its large fish-like shape. Generous in size, it blends harmoniously into the landscape.<\/p>\n

There is also a 50 m\u00b2 outbuilding. It houses the technical area for the pool and also serves as a workshop and garage.<\/p>\n
