This property is located a few kilometres\u00a0outside Grenade sur l\u2019Adour in the local community of Renung which lies to the east of the department of\u00a0Les Landes.<\/p>\n

The property is located\u00a0about a hundred kilometres by car from the Atlantic coast,120 kilometres\u00a0from the Pyrenees, 65 kilometres from the airport of Pau and 15 kilometres from Mont de Marsan and the N124 with roads\u00a0to\u00a0Bayonne\/Toulouse and the A65 motorway to Bordeaux\/Pau.<\/p>\n

Grenade sur l\u2019Adour was founded by the English in 1322 with\u00a0the\u00a0Adour river running through the village. The central square is one of the most important in Les Landes. There are visible\u00a0traces of the village\u2019s medieval past in evidence\u00a0today,\u00a0with its original medieval streets and walkways, the original heart of this\u00a0fortified village and part of the \u00ab Grenadois \u00bb an\u00a0area\u00a0rich in architectural and natural heritage.<\/p>\n
