What would I do to this property if it were mine?

I would create an independent studio/maison d’amis on the ground floor, and I would brighten up the front ground floor bedroom, otherwise the house is in good overall condition with lovely outdoor space.

There are no shops or restaurants of any kind in the village, the closest are only 5km away.
