Bliss is delighted to present this magnificent château, located at the edge of one of the most picturesque villages in the Lectoure area and enjoying spectacular views over the rolling hills of the Gers.

The property, whose oldest section dates back to the 13th century, comprises the château itself—enhanced by a heptagonal tower—a separate guest house, a charming suspended garden, and a non-adjoining but buildable plot of approximately 1 hectare.

The château

The ground floor reveals three majestic reception rooms.
The first, serving as the main entrance, is a grand salon with high ceilings and a south-facing window. From the moment one enters, the tone is set: elegance and generous volumes.

The second room is an exquisite drawing room, enhanced by a magnificent period fireplace and terracotta floor tiles worn beautifully by time. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, ideal for convivial gatherings.

The third room, the large formal dining room, impresses with its proportions and its monumental fireplace, which serves as the room’s focal point. This noble space lends itself equally well to intimate dinners and large-scale receptions.
